The entire experience was fast, easy and they had my promotional items shipped out within 24hours. Chris Escarte was very helpful and nice. He called and emailed, promptly, each time I asked for a change on my company information and whoever his graphic designer was did a great job of getting the updated proof to him within minutes. I was very impressed! What a great experience. Going forward I will be using them exclusively for promotional items for both of my companies and referring friends and colleagues. "Failed to produce and deliver product in timeframe discussed. At time of "product in hand", production was on hold and was never notified as to having issue. Instead of overnighting product, they cancelled order and leaves me without product for an upcoming event."

However, Promo Direct's mistake of sending items for a different company rendered all my efforts and resources wasted. It was frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this error reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control on the part of Promo Direct.
