"No one told me that I had to call my med management doctor until I called to see what was happening with the status of a very important medication that shouldn't be stopped cold turkey style and then I had issues trying to get a temporary refill because of how low I had gotten before I checked to see if it (my meds) had been filled which is how I found out that they were waiting on the doctor to okay the script which couldn't happen until I made an appointment with my doctor, (I did), but there was no "Hey we seem to be having issues contacting your doctor to okay the refills." Text or call. Also on the note of text or call issues I am signed up to receive reminders to refill prescriptions when low but I physically had to log into my CVS account and find out that I had a refill available to put in to be refilled that way also there is no easy way to remove an old medication from the list besides going to see your primary care doctor and updating the med list that way."

"I went on line and made an appointment for my covid shot. I will be going through chemo and my doctor recommended me get them. CVS off Robert Streer had me sitting there waiting for them for 30 minutes before they finally got to me even though I had an appointment made, then came and said they don’t have the shot available.. why did it let me schedule for it then. smh. this place has horrible customer service. not professional at all."
