"The manager was absolutely terrible. No help what so ever and appeared to just hate the world or as if I was a bother when asking for any assistance. I don't know if I caught her on a bad day but had an absolute terrible experience because of her. Unfortunately, I did not get the name. I will be calling in for more information on this specific manager and their policies as I am very confident a law under the ADA was violated. Proof of my medical condition/disability was also presented and this was still the result. Very disappointed as this is a place I shop at very often and this specific store. The customer service is horrible, however, there was one employee that tried to be helpful. Because she was not the manager, she had no say in further assisting me and my medical condition. Worst experience ever."
