"Great selection, helpful staff. I always find something I want, especially boots."
"I love boot barn, it's one of my favorite places to stop when in fallon."
"I have to say I love Gruppys. Long straight hair and Billy gives the best trim. They are busy there because Billy's scissors are highly appreciated by the guys in the military."
"The staff in Fallon, from the manager I spoke with to the staff who created a new title, registration, et al, were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The wait, however, was interminable! More than 3 hours! Because of understaffing and overflow from Reno and Carson City, they stopped taking new customers before noon, and those customers were turned away by a sign on the "take a number" machine. Same thing happened yesterday to us, so we went home. And our registration expired. So when we got to the desk today, we were charged a one day late fee. When I explained that we were turned away at the door by the sign, we were told, "Well, you could have come back later to see if we caught up." 1) The sign didn't say, "check back later, and 2) we don't live in town, so we couldn't just come back. If you're going to close with no notice, and re-open at will, again with no notice, you can't expect your customers to know what you're doing. And when you're a State office, you've got to have a better plan and communication with the public than that. Several disabled people were turned away today - one yesterday as well. That's just not right. The powers-that-be need to take a look at this, make, some quick decisions, and effect some changes. The people of this State deserve regulating agencies that practice what they preach."
"Went to the new TJ Max store in Fallon, NV. I love this store has good prices on purses and wallets. My husband likes all the food and chips from different companies."
