"Not happy. Lettering was placed too low, image was poorly outlined, some of the image coloring differed from the image I sent them, and the employee made excuses when I pointed out the outline. Was more of a rushed job to get it done opposed to providing quality work. Will not use again and would not recommend!"

"I explained the size of the logo and placement of the logo both were incorrect. I find it very unprofessional to pay prior to a job being correctly done. EDIT: 6/11 RECEIVED A RESPONSE AND THE TEAM WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE. NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX THE DESIGN BUT ALSO EXPLAINED BEST PRACTICES FOR FUTURE WORK TO BE DONE. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH RESOLUTION AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO UTILIZE DA LEOS AGAIN."

"Purchased 4/6/22 I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is great she’s really nice and understand exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it’s extremely overpriced. I paid $55 per shirt to print 4 words literally just 4. Not only was it expensive but the day we wore the shirts the letters were falling off, a few of mines were on the ground after a hour or 2 of wearing it. I’ve been to multiple printers for my club for multiple years and not only were they cheaper, but I can still wear those shirt today after multiple years of washing. Never has this ever happened to me until I came here. The worse part of this all is there are no refunds or exchanges. Please stay far away from this place."
