"I came in a while back to get help color matching with a concealer and bronzer. I have little experience with makeup and Dominic was so patient and diligent. He didn’t give up in trying to find the right match for me! Another young woman (I forget her name!) was so helpful when I came back a few months later to get assistance with picking an eyeliner. I’ve seen subpar reviews for the other Sephora near Sparks and the ULTA by Pyramid, so making the twenty minute drive is worth it to get customer service that goes above and beyond."

"What is very disappointed seems like every time I go in to get my makeup it's discontinued or it's something else and it's not as good even your own matte powder foundation new color you play heck just trying to get the lid open ..the girl that was helping me for a few minutes said the store was closing soon so she decided to do her chores before closing time instead of finish helping me.. I do understand it in a way I walked in had him look up what I usually get until my wanted it and of course it took extra time because you didn't have anymore and I agree everybody wants to leave on time I was just disappointed"

"Came in to exchange a foundation I bought online in the wrong shade. The associate by the door greeted me warmly with a smile and was so efficient (not in a rushed or rude way) in shade matching me and reassured me that I could come back if the new shade doesn't work. The cashier was also very friendly and did the exchange with a smile and no fuss or attitude (something Sephora customers worry about when there's an issue). This store seems to be run very well with well trained staff in both knowledge and hospitality. Thank you, Summit Sephora staff!"
