"I’ve come to this store 3x during business hours to try to buy a hat, and it is always locked so I haven’t been able to purchase. Maybe require appts or have a number you can text to get someone to open the store so you can purchase? Frustrated because I’d like to get some hats."

"Long time customer with $1,000+ in purchases. My 8 year old son lost his BigTruck while visiting his grandparents in TN. I went to purchase him a new hat from the Brockaway location. The 2nd time he wore it, the hat was falling apart. As soon as I noticed, I called Big Truck and left a vm. Took over a week to get back to me. James from BigTruck was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He kept insinuating I was lying about the hat. I sent pictures of the faulty hat and he asked me to come in to the store to "deal" in person. My son and I went to the store. From the start, JAMES was rude, argumentative, insulting, condescending, and disrespectful to my 8 YEAR OLD and myself. He had my son in tears. Telling us that the hat is discontinued and looked "worn". But also stating that the hat was clearly not made correctly. I asked him to look up our purchase on his computer to verify we had recently bought it. After being belittled from him for several minutes, he offered my son a replacement hat. We just wanted our money back but he refused. The nice lady in the back came up front and verified we had just bought the hat and tried to comfort my son. My family will no longer be supporting BigTruck. The quality is apparently going down hill and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with any company. James flat out told my 8 year old and I that he did not care about losing us as customers. The Brockaway location is not a welcoming or safe place especially for children. I recommend everyone look else where. And will gladly share my story to whomever would like to hear it. I have never felt so disrespected and appalled he would talk to a child like that."
