"This specific store #164 has HORRIBLE Customer Service. They told my friends and I that we were taking too long and they have right to refuse service yet have no sign posted stating that. They threatened to call the police as if we were doing anything wrong but we simply exit their business once we were denied service. The shoe selection is limited and poor, they dislike answering questions and helping their customers. By far the worst experience at a WSS I have ever dealt with. Several customers left saying we were treated wrong, 1 gentleman returned his shoes while we were outside on the phone with corporate. Very disappointing wasting money on gas to go there and not be able to shop."
