"This shows I wanted is not available in my country. I wanted to buy them online, shipped to store pick them up from store when I visit the US. My billing address did not match with my credit card because it looked like my billing address had to be in the US. However, I stopped by at this store when I visited the US just to see if I can get further help. The store attendant Ramona made sure I order them online. She was very kind, helpful and patient. She had this great idea of buying a gift card so I could order online the pair I want. I am so happy that I will return home with these shoes. Thanks to Ramona."
"I worked here for over 3 years and it was amazing. The staff is great and friendly and the managers are amazing. The managers are there to help you learn and the store manager is more of a leader vs a boss and I think that was what made our team work so well, was because we were lead by a great leader with a great management team.
