After speaking with associate and manager which both went out of there way to get a proper fitting boot for me they traded in my old pair for a new correct size! I thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience with a hands on proper fit and feel environment! I have frequent this store annually just for this reason. I tell as many people as I can about this location and the manager who has gone out of his way to establish the customer relationships with having good employees and and welcoming environment"
