""Guests love to be 'wowed' in Las Vegas. They enjoy and embrace new tastes, new flavors, and they come to expect the unexpected in Las Vegas." ― Chef Michael Mina Bon appetit! BARDOT, I see you! Some pre-dinner libations of a Midnight in Paris ($16 - white rum, pamplemousse, elderflower, lemon, and orange peel) and a Smokey Old Fashioned ($17 - mazcal, amarena cherry, hopped grapefruit and orange bitters) were had and then we commenced to food! For a starter, we shared an Escargot en Croute ($24 - Absinthe butter, Paris mushrooms, snails, and puff pastry). It was super delicious and rich. I was moping up that delicious butter with the house bread when all the mushrooms and snails were had. I ordered the Ocean Trout Amandine ($35 - Passion fruit beurre-noisettte, haricots verts, marcona almonds) for my main and shared a side of Macaroni & Mimolette Gratinée ($19). The ocean trout resembled a delicate piece of salmon bathed in a flavorful sauce with some green beans for an added sweetness. The macaroni is such a bougie presented dish of mac & cheese and was insanely rich and decadent. Every piece of pasta stood upright and the crust on top made for a lovely texture. It was overall a really salty and savory dish. I probably should have gotten the pommes purée instead. I also tried the Phyllo-Crusted Diver Scallops ($58 - Sweet corn, baby zucchini, in black truffle-corn broth) and I think they're the best scallops I've ever had (even better than the scallops at Hell's Kitchen). Come to BARDOT Brasserie when you're in the mood for French cuisine by the amazing Chef Michael Mina!"
"Amazing dinner here! My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and everything was amazing! We ordered the french onion soup, beet salad, flounder and the duck fat fries. All the dishes were impeccable especially the flounder with the croissant crust and the french onion soup! Our server, Rosie, is the sweetest. She was very attentive, friendly and has made our dining experience here even better. We would definitely come back!"
"I’ll start with saying the bartenders are what you expect when you come to Vegas. Knowledgeable and hilarious. There’s also TVs so it’s nice to catch a game while enjoying a nice meal. I always start with their delicious oysters. The gnocchi is tasty and light enough to feel satisfied without needing a nap. I’ll have to go back for the beef Wellington. It looked great."
"One of my favorites! I have dined at Bardot several times over the years for both brunch and dinner. Each time, food, service, and atmosphere have been perfect. Most recently I had dinner before a Knights game. I had a beef tartare, and shrimp cocktails to start followed by the 8oz fillet, and a Mille Feuille for dessert. Tony at the bar is great company and took care of me. Space is very elegant. I will be back again, and again."
"Great French restaurant in Aria Casino. Beautiful space, traditional French fare, and professional service. Went for a date night and had a wonderful time. First they bring a warm baguette and French butter which is hard not to eat immediately. We got a traditional green salad that was dressed perfectly although I’m not a fan of dill - easy to work around. For our appetizer we got seared foie gras which was absolutely wonderful. It’s not on the menu so be sure to ask for it! We got the fillet with duck fat fries. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. However, the fries were quite heavy, and not fluffy on the inside. We also got the flounder fillet, crusted and croissant over a butter and caviar sauce. It was way too buttery. The croissant crust had butter, and the entire fish was swimming in a pool of butter, some of it not even melted. But the fish was cooked well and tasty , once you got past the butter. Finally, they gave us a free dessert, which was very chocolatey and delicious. Overall a very elevated experience, if not for the over butter situation would’ve been five stars."
