"I brought in roughly 60 pounds of venison to have made into sticks. When we received the meat it was undercooked and the sticks were mushy. When I called in Eric was reluctant to replace with new sticks but then agreed. I'm not sure if the order then got lost but we never ended up getting them replaced. Disappointing experience after going through the work of de-boning and trimming the meat."
