"Randomly dropped by to check out their jerky and get some for my road trip. Staff seemed busy and inattentive but hey I didn’t have to wait forever. Got their jerky and beef sticks. The beef sticks were great but the jerky was meh. I prefer less leathery chewy jerky - these were hard to chew. But the taste was decent. It’s more of a processing center as said in the business name so don’t expect a big deli area with goodies. Pretty basic."

I know a few good places in town but DL has the best butcher in the area in Lakes Processing. Worked with them for a half a beef and they were helpful and polite. The selection in the store front is some of the best you're going to find also. Get the best of both worlds by supporting a local small business, and getting top quality meat."
