"My mom and I went formal dress shopping and were helped by Kristine Rees this morning in Fine Apparel. She was so incredibly helpful at finding dresses that looked perfect for the occasions we were shopping for and has a great eye. Thank you so much Kristine, you are fantastic!"

"My wife had to return items that were purchased and didn’t fit. The sales associate didn’t want to do the return and she took a marker out and wrote “final sale” at the top of the receipt. (Item was not final sale). I had to get a manager involved and she tried to lie to her manager that the “final sale” she just wrote on the receipt was already there. I told the manager that they can pull the security camera video to see who’s telling the truth. The manager did the return. As far as I know that lying sales associate still works there. So be careful and keep your receipts. Be careful with online orders too. Various items had arrived in the mail damaged and dirty. It’s like they repackaged merchandise that was used and abused before mailing it. So we returned the items because of how bad their condition was when they arrived. Photograph and video record everything when opening online orders. Keep the proof. It’s truly disappointing how a store like Neiman Marcus sends such poor quality items through online sales. That and considering the behavior of the sales associate at this location. We’re happy to shop somewhere else."

"I can not comment on the store as a whole as me and my gf only came to the perfume department. We had a wonderful experience with Ray the perfume expert today. He helped us sample fragrances that was niche based on my gf’s preferences. We do not have these option here in Canada so it was nice that he gave us some neat history of the brand and perfumer. Thanks Ray!"

"Emerson from luxury shoes is the guru! My hunt of a pair of Chanel espadrilles ended with his help. I visited all 4 Chanel stores and wasn’t able to score a pair. I was about to give up until I chanced upon Neiman Marcus. From the get go when I was browsing, Emerson was attentive but not overly pushy. His counter was also well stocked with sizes and options which made shopping great. Knowing I was short on time, he went above and beyond to ensure that my shoes were shipped to my hotel so I can take it home with me. When I returned home and realised some flaws in the shoes and second guessed my sizing, he was patient to help me through the return process. Through both times, he kept me updated through text to ensure we stay in touch. Today, I finally took my shoes out to play. It is also my first luxury purchase since moving to US. He has the customer experience right at the heart of it all and strives to do what is right. It made buying this pair of shoes even more special. I highly recommend going to him because he will make your shoe dreams come true. I know who I am going to for more shoes purchases in future. Thank you Emerson for all that you do!"

"Made a stop here to check niche perfumes I wouldn't be able to smell anywhere else. I sprayed tons on a paper sample but the SAs were all patient. Compared to other NM stores I've been before, the SA here are respectful of your space and not hovering over your shoulder. They asked if I need help and when told them I just want to check the scents, they left me on my own to enjoy the scents leisurely."
