"This place has really gone downhill IF you're looking for YARN. Their supply keeps dwindling, and the staff here isn't the friendliest. A couple of times, when I've ordered for pickup, they'll replace my items without approval or notice and not give me a comparable item in quality or price. It's either because they don't care, or they don't know about yarn, but either of those things are not helpful for me. I prefer to go to Gateway to summerlin even though it's across town, they're much friendlier and helpful and their selection of yarn is better."

"Great clean and organized store. They have self checkout which was super simple and quick. One thing I did NOT LIKE was that the yarn variety is minimal. There is only one wall and half an aisle which is not well stocked. If you’re looking for yarn i recommend a different store"

"Update: last night I found out about the president's day sale at the last minute. Ran out to the store and made it in 10 minutes before closing. I picked out all my canvases, got up to the checkout. Rang everything up with all the amazing deals and reached in my wallet to realize I didn't have my debit cards with me. Then I tried to use Google pay but I hadn't updated and added my latest business debit card. Nevertheless, I left the store disappointed and disgusted with myself. But the employees at Michaels were so understanding, compassionate, supportive and empathetic. Here I am the only person left in the store, delaying them and their closing procedures and they were still kind and caring to me. You don't find this often anymore. It was truly appreciated. Love this store, they have every art supply you'll ever need. Really good sales, that's when I stock up. "LOVE this store! I have shopped both in the store and online at this location and have always had a 5 star experience. When ordering online, my order is ready right away and picking it up is such an easy process. When shopping in the store, things are stocked, organized, clean, and the employees I've met have gone out of their way to help me. The products have always met or exceeded my expectations.
