"There is a certain demographic this "Establishment" is seeking, married Latino men who want to give there money to strippers who don't strip but will flirt with them and give them false realities of having a chance with them. Truck drivers who would rather spend their money here because they don't want to go home. And homeless people playing slots. So I, and a buddy of mine, decided to finally try this place out. We sat at the bar and after finally waiting 20 minutes in a place that was definitely not busy, we finally got approached by a "bartender" (Melisa) who spoke no English, refilled someone else's beers before even approaching us, and had only 1 speed. She didn't offer food options, was not attentive, nor knew what a Laganitas was. If this sounds like the place for you by all means have fun. Lets just say for myself, not my cup of tea. Being in the industry for as long as I have I refuse to accept this type of service. Regardless of the concept customer service comes first."

"This review is for the restaurant only, but this place just isn’t it. Pure chaos from the moment you try to get seated, no one is quite sure what seats are available and people moving all over the place. Once you are seated you realize that the servers seem to chaotically go wherever they want - you can wait forever just to give your drink order then wait forever for the same server to eventually stop hanging out and chatting with other tables and bring you totally wrong drinks. Then you panic and realize you better order since you don’t know how long till she comes back again. Guess what - it’s a loooooong time for your food. And by the time you get it you realize it’s flavorless, dry and cold. Want to pay the bill? Good luck with that also - all the servers seemed only interested in hanging out and chatting at tables with people they already knew. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience."
