"I went shopping for my wife and daughter to this store and they were really rude, there were two employees on the main door, when l walked in they looked at me like l was asking for free stuff,however there was someone else behind me and they were really nice to them, l was coming from work so l guess l wasn't dress properly for them even though l am a regular coach customer. It's really sad how quick these employees were to judge based on someone's appearance, I ended up purchasing 6 hand bags and only then did they try and be nice now that they saw I could actually afford it. When I brought this up to a manager they acted like they didn't care. What a joke this place is,usually we go San Diego or orange county, l will still be a coach customer but not on this store,the only person was really nice was the cashier l forgot her name she is from lake Elsinore"

"Won't be going back, paid over $300.00+ for a handbag purse, which is still practically brand new in use, & they want to charge an outrageous price for something simple that may take 10 minutes if that to fix."
