"I had the worst experience here at this location . 10/18 I went into the store to get my phone fixed . Diana the Hispanic girl that works there with glasses n red hair . Rude and Racist . I didn’t want to do business with her due to her energy when I first walked inn. I went for a screen replacement . She took my phone apart and put replaced the screen . Then had me sit n wait for her to assist 4 other customers that speaks her language . When I was there first & my phone was already done . Then I told her she said “actually I helped 5 other people” like that makes it better . She claims she was the only one there . When it was a white guy there with glasses SHE RUBBING ON & flirting with him the whole time . Like I’m still here . 1.5 hours later I’m still in the store the last one to leave and she simply handed me my phone . Then she had me pay BEFORE the phone was fixed . When everybody that come in there payed AFTER they phone was fixed . She even fixed another Hispanic man screen less than 15 mins I was there In front of me he paid AFTER . I feel discrimination . Me or my family will never return ti this company . I have 50k followers n I’ll let them know how u let this disrespectful person represent your company .
