Mother Wolf Las Vegas is a culinary institution located at 2777 South Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. Inspired by Rome's mythological origin story of Remus, Romulus, and the Lupa Capitolina, Mother Wolf pays homage to the rich and soulful cooking of Chef Evan Funke. The menu features wafer-thin wood-fired pizzas, hyper-seasonal antipasti, and exceptional pastas, including Roman classics like Carbonara, all’Amatriciana, and alla Gricia.
Events at Mother Wolf are thoughtfully curated by Chef Evan Funke, with a private dining room that can seat up to 38 guests. The restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests for sit-down dinners and 325 guests for reception-style events.

"Me and some of girlfriends went here for the first time and we loved it! Our waiter was very knowledgeable on the dish, the food came out in a timely manner and every dish was SO good!! The desserts were equally yummy. The cocktails were fantastic too. I’ll definitely be visiting again."
"Wow! We were VERY impressed here. The staff were phenomenal!! The food was excellent and we had a great time. We got the sfincione (focaccia), ruchetta salad, cacio e pepe, and rigatoni alla carbonara. It was all so so good. Very flavorful. We were excited for the focaccia as we read all the raving reviews and found it underwhelming. It was very soft but almost too soft, and didn't have much flavor. We would have liked some oil/balsamic vinegar to dip it in. The salad was really fresh but could have used some more lemon. Amazed by the pasta. Both were very flavorful and perfectly Al dente. Ended with gelato for dessert and it was fabulous!!"
"My wife and I had over ordered and I ask the server if it was not too late to cancel our last entree. He glanced at the kitchen and said I believe it is ready now. He returned 15 minutes later with the entree and he and I had a discussion about this and it turned argumentative. Other than that we enjoyed our dinner and the ambience was good."
"Mother Wolf , hard to put this experience in words. This Hollywood transplant in Vegas serves up some amazing Pastas and Pizzas. The service as in all high end Vegas restaurants very attentive and informative, even to the extent of telling you to order so many dishes for your group. For us 4 adults and two infants it was 3-4. We ordered more as I love trying all possible dishes as possible. Everything was great! Awesome"
"Beautiful restaurant with yummy Roman Italian food. I recommend the focaccia (life changing), prosciutto, and salad appetizers. The pizza was also good and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The cream bun dessert was just okay and I wouldn’t get it again"
