But let me tell you, the real star of the show here is the side order of fried mushrooms. I don't know what they do to those shiitake mushrooms, but they come out breaded and fried to crispy perfection. It's like a party in your mouth, and everybody's invited. So if you're in Vegas and you're looking for a good time (and some seriously delicious food), head on over to La Salumeria. You won't be disappointed, unless you're a vegetarian, in which case you should probably steer clear. But for the rest of us meat-eaters, it's a must-visit spot. 10/10 would mushroom again."

"Wine and charcuterie at Eataly. One bottle was good, one bottle not so good (we think it was a corked bottle but we were lazy and drank it anyway... don't do that! Take it back to them and they will confirm and give you a new one if it's corked!). If Hank the security guard is nearby at the wine tasting place (SW corner of Eataly) he has great recommendations!"
