"Not sure what's going on with this Wendy's or if it's normal for them to be happy and the service to be way too good for fast food (which is great). Reminds me of In and Out except it's Wendy's. I hope you guys can hold on to this staff."

"I've never spoken to a more rude manager in my life. My bag was missing one of the main things purchased, and instead of replacing the item, the manager accused me of lying and said that she spoke to three different people who all put my food in the bag, and that it was all there. So why is it missing then?"

"we ordered with someone else taking the order, so there were two different people involved . Very rude manager and employee, went to use the coupons the guy at the window charged us full price and said we should've handed the coupons to him, we spoke to the manager he said the same thing. Just what happened to " the customer is always right?" We paid $40 for 2 small combos and two 6 piece nuggets. The coupon would have saved a lot of that. No apologies, no credit, NOTHING. Wendy's is so good but society has gone right down the drain! Just one thing you should start doing everyone....EAT AT HOME!!!!!! Hope your experience goes better than mine! Here's pictures though I don't recommend going to this location."

"Wendy's quality is slipping! We did get our food fairly quickly, like 3 minutes, but I would have gladly waited for food that was hot and juicy instead of cold. You can see the cheese in the picture. Also it was nearly 8 pm but the dining area was a mess. We used to prefer Wendy's. Not any more."
