Reviews of Ringer Bar
"Dark and stormy and a double crown were 55 dollars. Good drinks but not worth that much."
"Visited Ringer this weekend with a group for the Superbowl. Our party had a prepaid reservation for 6 lounge seats for the game – what a complete nightmare this experience was. When we first arrived, we were immediately seated at our table and were optimistic about the experience since we had a table overlooking the sportsbook area and all of the TVs. Things quickly went downhill after that. Not long after we were seated and ready to order some drinks and food, we were notified Ringers shut down their kitchen a couple weeks ago – they had NO food to serve us and said we’d need to go elsewhere/arrange our own food. How can you shut down the kitchen and not notify all the guests who paid hundreds of dollars for a reservation ahead of time? Why would we spend $800 dollars to sit somewhere to watch a game and then on top of that, have to fend for ourselves to eat? Since we were clearly upset, the waitress said she would find a manager to speak with us – turns out the ‘manager’ was not really a manager but someone else from Planet Hollywood helping out. He said something about looking into getting us comped food, but instead just gave us extra free drink tickets – whoopie. Things got worse when we tried to order a second round of drinks – Ringers apparently ran out of all white wine. It wasn’t even the second quarter and there was not drop of white wine available. Isn’t Ringers a part of a giant hotel? Is it really that impossible to find white wine? Did they not anticipate having a full lounge of (overpaying) guests for the main Superbowl Event and some of them may consume white wine? Absolutely bogus. The final straw was the total lack of service. I guess after we showed our frustration over the kitchen closing and wine shortage, the waitress decided we were no longer worth her time. We literally had to flag someone down for every single round of drinks. It’s not like it was a short stay– we were there for 5 hours. Literally for 5 hours we had to service ourselves. Never in my right mind will I visit this establishment again. This experience was like the Firefly festival of superbowl party reservations. If I could give it negative stars, I would. If you want to be ripped off and scammed for March Madness, they are currently selling similarly priced reservations with the promise of 'an exciting basketball experience featuring a thrilling atmosphere and full menu of wings, pizza and sliders.' Same lies they sold us."
"They do not have the the burger sliders anymore only 2 different type of chicken sliders. So I tried their bacon cheese burger and it was below mediocre, no seasoning not worth the price which doesn't include a drink or fries. The prices went way up plain waffle fries were $3 now they are $8.99 same size as before the burgers were around $9 now they are $17.99 all burgers are 17. The pizza is different now as well both of my pizzas were paper thin more thin then a thin crust pizza I bit the beginning of it and the slice just completely ripped apart. It also doesn't taste the same its more bland. I bought 2 slices of the sausage and pepperoni pizza the sausage is the small pieces not what they used before and I also got the plain waffle fries with the bacon cheese burger and just water on the side my total came out to $48.73 definitely not worth the price and left completely disappointed."
"We love coming here for the sliders, wings, and of course Sports Book. Service has almost always been terrible. As long as you go in expecting terrible service you'll be ok."
"Awesome service! We came two nights in a row because the food was so good. Our server was very sweet even when she had multiple tables and on our second night invited us to come back the next night. Buffalo chicken sandwich is literally the best ive ever had in my life as well as the mushroom hot dog. Also fried pickles are unmatched. I highly recommend"
