"Would have probably had a better experience if they were properly staffed. A lot of items on their menu were unavailable."
"The only thing Bourbon Street had going for it are the arcade games and slushie drinks. They serve overpriced barely edible frozen food. And they're a ghost town. They've chosen to keep the games closed for 3 years since covid because they don't want to pay the techs required for them, and can't even keep their slushie machines functional to freeze the drinks, at various locations. Just close shop!!!"
"They must have a turn over of new employees. Some are really ugly in attitude on swing shift and some on grave are willing to sleep with customers to get a tip disrespectful. . There is one lady that works at grave I believe that is so cool and respectful and I almost want to not come in unless she is there. She has short hair and I believe a football fan with a slight accent in her voice can't remember her name but she is awesome."
"This place is really cool, I love the idea. Much different than your typical bar scene. Only downside is when I went none of the arcade games were working. Not too sure why that was but my guess is it's not always like that."
"First time here. A group of Cowboys fans met up here but they weren't showing the game so we meddling it over to Fiesta. This place was horrible! We wanted Buffalo wings, they had no buffalo sauce or ranch. We then ordered a polish sausage and a hot dog, but they served them on hamburger buns, because they were out of hot dog buns. The cheese on the nachos was cold. Smh!"
