"The service here is soooo boring the guys who work behind the bar and servers have zero personality. Been here a couple times and the guy with the chops side burns really doesn’t want to be working.. he is extremely passive aggressive and that bar is already empty every time i go there and it makes sense because those guys literally make you wanna run out of there and not spend your money there. They act like we don’t live in vegas, there’s a bar and competition on every corner. Pts in general have been really lacking in service in general."

"Family came in from out of town and I chose this bar for us to meet at. The guy helping us was great he did his best with the huge party I brought….. why am I giving two stars? The girl with the black hair told me I couldn’t gamble at a particular machine bc she had a regular that would be rite back; mind you I didn’t have any money in the machine at the time..& when I explained that I didn’t have money in the machine and was ordering a beer she seem to get upset… she went and spoke to the guy behind the bar then came back to me and asked me if I was good? I immediately walked away. While thinking why is this girl being so rude I realized I went to school with this person almost 20 years ago and that’s what the attitude was about. I had my family members from KC here and refused to let her pull me out of character. When my mom wanted to gamble I took her to the farthest end of the bar… she put 20$ in and I put 10$ in my machine. I hit$70. I went to tip the guy and he basically refused my tip bc I asked him to comp my second beer….We left shortly after. Won’t be back. We ordered plenty food and left a great tip for the server. Lastly I will say the girl with the black hair was giving high fives and talking of her “melanin” with other patrons but we are the only blacks in the bar…sad."

"Came for a round of pool, staff asked us to order at bar immediately upon entry and to wait/carry our own drinks to area with pool tables. There were 4 other guests inside the establishment at the time, overall empty. Pool tables dated with torn felt, would not accept our $5 bills in more than 10 attempts at each table. Staff commented that it happens frequently. Run down establishment, poor service, no need to go there."
