"As of the end of may. 2023, bar or restaurant was not open due to the fire. And the lodge is opened by Ms. Kathy who was very kind. A salon's lodge was very silent and quiet place that feels like I am in a vacuum, except for the sound of the desert wind. And also, good for stargazing in the night."

"Great atmosphere , decor. Miss Kathy is a hoot ,& world of local knowledge. I was there as.part of a ladies luncheon and we had do it yourself chef salad . Great idea with 15 people. Everything was fresh and nicely arranged. Heard she puts out a mean burger and beef on Fridays."
