Five Below

"used to be a good place but after 2023 the new workers / managers got worse. never call back if your on the “call back list”. Never add stuff that are in store onto the online for pickup."

"Went in to return an item I got from here just the day before and the manager wouldn’t even let me return it because it was “dirty” (edge of the long pants had marks from how they displayed it in store dragging on the damn floor) when I literally bought it how it is. Went in to get a size smaller than the one I got and she wouldn’t even let me saying it’s company’s policy not to allow returns. I didn’t ask for my money back but I asked just to return it for a smaller size. I wouldn’t be writing this review if it wasn’t for the way she talked to me …very demeaning."

"First time in this store and I loved it! Good prices on most items. I got my daughter's step daughter(she is 9 yes old) around 6 different gifts and only spent around $30.00 can't beat that. And she loved her gifts!"

"I saw there was a five below in Reno, Nevada and I wanted to see what they had there. I didn't see any squishmallows but did see a Halloween battery operated tree so I got it. Went to check out and all they had were self checkout stands, I prefer to have a live person myself. I checked out went to print out my receipt and wouldn't print. Message says printer not working. Called for assistance, a young lady tried to get one to print and called for help herself. Another young lady came to help and said sorry the printer is not working on this machine. She said that their wasn't a way to go back and have me send as an email. I told her that if she knew the printer didn't work that she needed to put a sign on to let other people know. I have been happy going into other five below's, but I will still be looking for more of your stores while traveling."
