"I have not always been impressed with customer service at the Sioux Falls West store. I visited on a Wednesday morning when it was very busy. There were lines for returns and check-out. However, everything moved quickly and the good service made up for the extra time in line. The associates were pleasant, capable, patient, and knowledgeable with experience. I have concluded it is best to shop on a weekday morning to get excellent service as compared to an evening or weekends."

"Decent selection of clothes and things although their petite department is almost non-existent. Their bedding & home goods area reeked of some kind of artificial fall/spice fragrance. I was going to buy some flannel sheets but decided not to because of how much the whole area smelled and I knew from previous experience that the smell has probably permeated all the bedding. Kohl's needs to be aware that not everyone appreciates these fragrances!!"
