"Absolutely the worst company. This company was sent out to my house to fix my washer as a response from my home warranty. The tech requested that I signed paperwork before he started any work on my washer. I told him that I would read the paperwork first. At that he instantly became furious, and snatched the paper out of my hand and stomped out of my house. Absolutely disrespectful. I've never been so insulted by a person's behavior. Never have I had someone request for me to sign paperwork prior to beginning work. It leads me to believe that it is a waiver that if they cause any damage that they are not at fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"Worst Company I have EVER encountered. Home owner warranty sent them out to my home for washing machine. It took 2 weeks for them to come out. Than their technician (Mac) told me that washer control panel was bad. 2 weeks later, he came back with NO PARTS and told me because it’s back ordered, he could take control panel back to store and can try to fix it, minimum could take 2 weeks. While trying to communicate with insurance to look at my options. ADA REPAIR, submitted that the job was complete. Insurance submitted another request and ADA Repair rejected the job and kept saying that it was completed. To makes things worst, they told the insurance company that I was making the control panel issue up. Insurance Company than sent me a new repair company, and now it 3 days they are going to fix my control panel. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!"
"ADA repair came out in response to a home warranty request. The tech told my husband that the microwave had a fault with the control panel and just needed some parts to be ordered to fix it. My husband noted a crack on the door (home had been rented out for a few years so we came back home to a broken microwave with no warning) and the tech assured him that would not affect the usability of the microwave. The next day our home warranty company called us to deny our claim, stating that the tech told them the control panel failed because of the crack on the door which was caused by the tenants "slamming g it with excessive force," which is not at all what the tech told me husband the day before. I don't know if the tech lied to my husband, lied to the home warranty company, or merely failed to accurately convey the situation to the home warranty company, but we have to now get a second opinion due to this company's lack or or failure to communicate properly."
"Huh, was just denied a repair after Ross from ADA came out. Was supposed to be here 8-12, got here around 1:30. Looked at oven and fridge for max 5 min. Didn't make an effort to repair anything. Just said I'd need a new oven door and new freezer door. Really? And guess what, the work order was denied! Surprise. I'm so irritated. Why id AHS working with a repair place with 100 reviews that average 1.5. Ridiculous."
"Worst appliance repair I've used in Las Vegas ever. Had a leak in my dishwasher, panel issues and noise. Technician came in and said he had fixed leak. Ran dishwasher and it leaked all over floor. Came back with other parts to install and I told him the leak was not fixed. He could not find the leak and reported to American Home Shield that there was no leak. If you don't run the dishwasher you won't find the leak. Why would I report a leak is there was none. American Home Shield dispatched another repair service, Integrity, and within 5 minutes discovered the leak and a short that the leak created which caused a noise in the dishwasher. If you want good techical and customer service I suggest you go elsewhere."
