"Husband was just in this store and was absolutely humiliated Infront of a crowd of other customers because the self checkout was out of paper and upon leaving he informed the male working of the matter. The man snatched the bags violently from husbands hands and said he didn't pay then. Went to register and saw it was paid and gave groceries back without apologizing. Normally this store is great and friendly employees but today was uncalled for. Went around 6pm Feb 12, 2024."

"very rude people. they're locking and blocking emergency exits during business hours. i called management and talked to Angie and she said "she doesn't care what the law states and that it's for safety reasons that they lock the emergency exits. that's really stupid. it's called an EMERGENCY EXIT FOR A REASON! IF THERE'S AM EMERGENCY THE PEOPLE WILL BE TRAPPED INSIDE! hopefully someone competent will read this and get this fixed before the store gets a huge fine. my conversation will Angie will be posted on my YouTube account soon."

"Nice store. They had most things that I wanted in stock. This is not one of the bigger stores that I have been to. But they still have a decent variety of product in their store. This is my first time at this location but they did not disappoint. They had good prices with some good deals. And they had pretty good customer service as well. I would definetly come back to this location"

"I hate going to this store. Every time I go to this store it feel like someone is watching you. The woman self check out cashier is very very rude and By the time I check out I feel stress out, the self checkout cashier is over my husband and I like we don't know what we are during, One time she was standing over my husband telling him her money situation or like we are going to steal something. One time the cashier check out us out and she told the box boy to go follow us out and get the cart I was driving. It is always something going on in this store. I saw customer having words with the store clerk,. I been to a few smiths but this store does not feel or look clean. I when I go in the evening there is a lot of people hanging out and begging for money. Feel like you what in ghetto area. Other Smiths I go to I have great experience. The store's nice and clean. Every is nice Very welcoming. I don't want to even give this store one star. I will be avoiding this store like a plague. I think they have hign theft in this store. But don't take it out on me."

"I went in there to get some flowers. For my wife that's been in the hospital. And I came across this really rude gentleman by the name of Jay whi works there as a cashier. No hello no thank you no nothing. I asked him was he's going to even speak. He told me not today. No thank you no nothing. I made sure that I brought to the managers attention. Everyone have something wrong. Don't take it out on the next person please."
