"Went to rent a speaker the other day at RAC and had the best experience when dealing with the employee there! Celia went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and made the process quick and easy! Not only did she have the item that we were looking for, but she was also very helpful with any other questions that we had being It was our first time in Vegas. I had to come to realize that Rent-A-Center was closed on Sundays, and That’s when we were scheduled to fly home so anxiety started to settle in, but she went out of her way to come and pick up the speaker since they were closed on Sundays! Talk about excellent customer Service! Thank you so much Celia and we will definitely be using you again when we come back!"

I called the store to see if anyone can help me there and they said they were looking to see if it was in stock at a specific location. It’s now been 2 weeks and never heard back from anyone. There was also another time a man answered the phone and did not have good customer service at all!"
