"Erika was phenomenal! She listened to what I wanted, provided options, helped with picking colors and fabric. I have cats so she explained how some fabrics are better suited for cats. She was a pleasure to work with. Honestly I can't say enough about her. Personable, shows interest in your needs, patient, excellent communication skills. Shes a keeper. I will come back and recommend her to family and friends. She is a 10+."

"Our experience with this store was not excellent at all. We purchase a stearns and foster bed costing us $5500.00 this includes the adjustable remote control flat bed frame. When the frame and bed was delivered on a Saturday the adjustable bed frame was not working. The delivery person could not make it to work so I started calling the store but the store does not have a direct number. I have to call a 1-800 number or email to contact the store. This went on during the weekend which was very inconvenient to wait and do extra step process on my part. So, Monday came we went back to the store and told them at the mattress dept about the delivery. Our salesperson was Michael and Smoky he told us we needed to talk to operations. He brought us back to operations which was at front desk and the customer service rep was Dub Stevens who was rude and abrupt on answering us back regarding whether he needs to schedule a service repair or exchanging the flat frame. Then, I mentioned about returning the frame and he told us that frame was a final sale and it was on the contract that we signed and we could not return the item anymore (saying it with conviction and he never smiled at all) I told him that we did not know that Michael and smoky did not mentioned this to us at the time of the sale while Michael was standing by right next to me. He apologized. This was not very discerning. First we were given wrong information, although it may say final sale on the contract, we never bother looking at it on a basis of trust from Michael and Smoky. Then the delivery was not successful and they needed to schedule service to check on the flat bed frame another inconvenience. Then the service rep was scheduled between 8:00 am-12:00 noon and he ended up arriving at 2:30 pm. Then our sales person had given us wrong information, in addition to all this stress the customer service rep added more stress to us by being rude and abrupt about the situation. Finally, your store does not have a direct line which was absolutely an inconvenience. Writing this review is another extra work and waste of my time. This was really a bad and stressful experience with your staff and store."

"We have been purchasing Living Spaces furniture since they came into Las Vegas many many years ago. We love the furniture: the quality, the styles, the selection, and the wearability throughout the years of owning many many pieces. However, the staff and the way the stores are run are truly the crown jewel of this wonderful chain. We have become, and will remain, loyal customers of Livings Spaces. The only thing we ask for us to please expand to other states!! "
