"I bought a dishwasher and paid to have it installed. Between the price of the appliance and delivery and installation fees it turned out nearly twice as much as the appliance itself. They sent out installers who didn't care one way or the other if it was installed correctly and caused a major leak in my water main from(what a repairman said) which I then had to get fixed. I called and they sent out someone to check and was told that the leak was in the main line. It was caused I was told by not using 2 wrenches to install line. The pressure broke the seal and now the dishwasher wasn't leaking but my water main was. I would suggest you just get the appliance delivered and call Mr Italian Guy handyman to install it. He was honest and reasonable and knew exactly what happened. I live in a condo so turning off the water main at the street wasn't an option. I can guarantee I will never use their installers again."

"Stopped at this HD location to return miter saw stand components that were not needed. Parking space was found without any issues, and the return desk was not busy. Easily returned the shipment and received the proper credit back to my cc."

"Update: Awful experience ordering a front door. Waited months for it to come in, and hard to reach anyone in the store for any assistance. No one calls you back. Once the door was finally installed, it was done terribly. Little holes all along the frame, messed up our paint above the door with caulk, overall looks bad. Security door we bought also looks beat up. Called and went in person to get this resolved, showed pictures of the terrible work. Finally received a response from the installation manager and was told that it looked fine and all those issues need to be fixed by us. Said we can buy paint there to fix ourselves, lol. Security door looks that way according to them "because we only spent 4 hundred on it". Paid a good amount extra for installation thinking everything would be done well and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Such a joke, we will never go here again. Spent over 2k on everything and are disgusted with the terrible work and customer service. Now we have to buy paint and caulk and fix this mess. Previous Review: Don't try to buy a front door here. You will have to jump through hoops to get any assistance. Got measurements done and went 6 different times to try to get some assistance and no one was every around to help. Apparently it takes a very special skill and a specific person to place your order for a front door. Good luck trying to track them down and be prepared to go on a wild goose chase."

"My family and I stopped by the paint department last night. My kids picked out their bedroom colors. The woman that assisted us was wonderful. She was educated and very kind! She also let my kids help her with mixing the paint. She made it personal to them which is awesome. They are so excited to design their own spaces. Thank you!! I'm sad I didn't catch her name but she was a joy to spend little time with."
