"For all the white people out there, do not go in this place. Best buy hired blacks that are running away from work and refusing to serve white people. It happened to me on Saturday Feb 3rd 2024. I waited for 10 minutes at the phone section after i asked for some help and eventually a black young man showed up very bored and not in the mood to talk. Secondly i bought a battery and tried to check out but another black man said that his register is not open so eventually a white woman came to check me out. While that happened a black woman showed up and check out on the same black man and same register. I'm even thinking to sue Best Buy for not teaching blacks how not to be racist against white people."

"I brought my 10 year old son in today because I had purchased a PC 3 weeks ago and he began experiencing glitches while gaming. Andrew Shepherd with Geek Squad was so knowledgeable and patient asking my son questions to pinpoint issue with PC. He was able to solve our problem before we left the store. Andrew even gave my son advice on how to prevent any further issues. My son and I are so appreciative for such wonderful, pleasant customer service. I hope Best Buy recognizes having such an awesome employee. My family will always shop here from now on because of today !"

"Location always has pretty good stock. Customer service is always good, but today there was only maybe 6 people on staff plus a couple of supervisors. Recommend they hire a few more people to compensate for short staff. That's why only 4 stars!"

"Wow, I have found great customer service! It is rare these days. The team here at Best Buy in Summerlin is the best. The two awesome guys, Daniel and Derek, that helped us purchase a Samsung stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer were friendly knowledgeable and offered great Labor Day pricing. The only deduction to review us the delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks backlogged and comes ftom their warehouse in AZ. You cannot take home appliances same day. Keep up the great service guys!"

"I recently stopped into this Las Vegas Valley Best Buy location to find a new phone. While the store seemed well stocked overall, on the particular day of my visit, they seem very short staffed. When I walked into the cell phone area, there was nobody to be found. One of their employees advised that their people were helping other people in the store and that I would need to wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes to be helped. This time estimate was accurate, and I received quality service once a representative was able to join me. However, I was very surprised by how few staff there were compared to the number of customers in the store."
