"Unfortunately this brand new store is one you will want to skip, while the prices are decent for gas and the amenities are good, the customer service is severely lacking. The same family that owned the old one runs this one and they are simply rude, you walk In and say good morning and they just stare at you and when you leave and say thanks you get no reply. The only time they speak is when corporate is on site. I would not recommend this location."

"They built a brand new store, they have the nice coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh. Went today and the machine says it needs to be cleaned. They’ve been open maybe 2 weeks, I’m sure they just need to empty the grounds. The check out lady says it’s broke and out of order. That’s the laziest excuse for I don’t want to do my job. That says a lot about the workers here."

"Easily the worst customer service at a 7-11 you'll find in Reno. Clerks never say anything, rude when they do, simply don't appreciate your business. Last time there, clerk cussed at me in Arabic because he overcharged me on my Red Bull. Told him to look at posted price on cooler! Seemed passed that I was right. If they are the new owners of the 7-11 on Military and Lemmon, they better be getting new employees before they sour all their new customers."
