"Front desk clerk didnt acknowledge. Probably doing something so didnt think much of it. Went up to desk and but honestly didnt even look interested in assisting. Asked for a price on oil change and just said they were full and could not help today. Didnt offer to set an appointment. I didn't not stay; will not recommend."

"This is the 2nd time using them and both times went well. Today, 1/24/24, I took my car in to be inspected and as I suspected it needed some work done which will cost quite a bit and I was worried about how to pay for it and they recommended Snap Financial so I applied and immediately got approved! The shop I used was on Hollywood Blvd in Las Vegas and Jose is always helpful and Chris took care of me even contacting Carshield and got a claim approved for some of the work. I am pleased with this shop who helped an old lady out!"

"About a month ago, I brought my bmw to the shop to get an oil change. I had picked it up after I was done. Day later, there is a puddle of oil under my car. I took it back, they had stripped my oil pan. They stated they were going to fix it. I got it back, and yet the issue was still there. After 3 attempted, they finally told me they had to replace the oil pan. I had my car in the shop for a week or so. They called me to tell me that they bought the wrong one and I need to wait a couple of weeks to wait for it to come in. So I agreed to let them keep my car so they could fix it. We had a really bad hail storm that cause the power to go out on the block. This happened Saturday, Sunday. We called on Tuesday the following week to see the status of the car. They said it would be done by the end of the week. They called on Thursday state the car was done. We drove up to the shop to get the car. Got the keys and checked the car, and they finally decided to tell us that someone robbed our car. Someone got into our cars during the storm and took our registration, all our tools, our booklet for the car, and much more. When we asked if they could do anything, they said no. We had to make a claim through our insurance. Did not take any responsibility for our car and others that got robbed at the same time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE."
