"I had a flat in the tire of my SUV and only had a small amount of cash on me. But I pulled up and I asked one of the men who worked there I'd there was anything he could do for the amount I had and he told me he'd check it out see if he can plug the hole. Turns out my tire was worn out and in terrible condition because as the man removed his tool from patching the hole, my tire just blew the hole out. Inside my head I began panicking thinking the worst of the worst. Not to mention they were also closing down the shop for the night. To my relief, another attendant saw what happened and offered to check if they had an extra tire in the back. After finding the replacement tire, he negotiated with me and gave me a deal so generous, I couldn't even begin to show how grateful I truly am, they understood my situation and were more than helpful, all while working in a professional and timely manner. "I had this location service my car after my oil pan had ruptured and my car required an entirely new engine. They gave me the estimate of one week to get the engine into their shop, and another week to perform the replacement. I didn’t get my car back for a month and a half (which is understandable, there were still pandemic related supply line problems). My issue is that I had to constantly call them for weekly updates when they were off schedule for the repair. I constantly got a “just one more week” and then radio silence for another week and a half. Once I finally got my car back, the first time I brought it up to highway speeds, there was an issue with my coolant tank. Clearly they hadn’t done thorough quality assurance. I went back, they replaced my coolant tank, and it happened again. At this point, I wasn’t about to go back for them to botch my car a third time. I sought recompense in small claims court, and they pulled out all the legal stops, leaving me wondering why they couldn’t have done the same when repairing my car."
