"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went in to see about tires for my car. The woman helped me by guiding me to the website to order them. When I showed up for my appointment, the gentleman seemed to have no idea if my tires were there or if I actually had an appointment. Once those details were confirmed, he informed me they would not install the tires as I had ordered the wrong ones. I'm not in the tire business. I'm not clear about the minutiae of tire ordering. I went to what I believed was a reputable and professional service center. Bulk toilet paper and cheap AF chicken are Costco strong suits. Get your tires from a tire store..."

"Slayter helped me out HUGE. Everyone is complaining about the service one here but I can attest that it looked like everyone was getting good service and I got great service. "Running a tire shop requires the most basic level of customer service and the customer service is horrific. They are rude and beyond condescending when asking simple questions about tires. I was too late seeing the reviews but save yourself the trouble as Discount Tire was so much more helpful and friendly."

"Sadly I can not give 0 start but I would. I can’t make appointments for days because they don’t pick up the phone. I am going in for rotation what they said I don’t need an appointment. When Im there, they sent me away because I have no appointment. Than try it again for days, when finally they pick up the phone. After they taking me on hold for 7 minutes, they inform me they can not make appointments at the moment because the system is down so I have to call back later!"

"What's the point of having a phone number if you never pick it up? Been calling for two days now and I still have yet to get through once. They pick up and just hang up on you."
