I picked up a nail and even though my tire wasn't under warranty, they worked with me and I got a great deal on four new tires AND they gave me a warranty on my tire with the nail! A great big shout out to Albert at the store on Deer Springs in NLV. Thank you!!"

"My teenage son and daughter were helped in the same week on different days and received exceptional service! Yesterday, my daughter needed her tire repaired and she said the tech explained how it would be fixed and engaged her in conversation about school since he noticed she was in scrubs. She said he was really nice. Last Saturday my son needed a new tire and was a bit embarrassed to go because his car is an old beater. But he said the techs treated him with respect and were super helpful."

"Ok, this was amazing. There was an elderly disabled vet on the side of the road with a flat tire and no spare. I was trying to help him, but not much we could do without a spare. I called Zack at this Discount Tire to see if they could possibly help. He had me bring the flat tire in, they had a new tire on the wheel and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. These guys were awesome for getting it taken care of so quickly. Thanks guys!"

"Great service, friendly staff and great location for me. The reason for the 3 star review is I got charged $60 for a tire rotation. That's not the problem. The problem is when you charge that much you better make sure everything is perfect. My tires air pressure are supposed to be 55 up front and 45 in the back. They put them at 62 front driver side, 44 front passenger side. The backs were 56 back driver and 52 back passenger. All over the ace! Lol"

"Poor customer service arrived at 12:30 for an appointment. I was told tires would be ordered in 45 minutes, so I returned. The guy called to check on the tires. Then they said 30 more minutes. They took my keys at 1:45, and the tires didn’t get to the shop until 4 pm. I waited until 5 pm to get my car back. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to do this during my lunch break and wasted the whole day of work! I DO NOT WISH THIS ON ANYONE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!"
