"I had a tire leaking air, came in about 650am on a Saturday morning and was attended to by Angel right away as they were not busy at this time. Angel quickly assessed my tire had a nail in it and was repairable. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty and actually showing me the nail and where it was leaking. $20 for a patch is a good deal imo. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price thank you very much. On a side note if you don’t have cash they take debit cards for a $3 fee and they had a sign saying credit cards not accepted. They also have a ATM machine in the office but I’m sure there’s a fee to withdraw money from it."
"Great fast service used tires are $50 now. Always recommend"
"I've only been here a couple of times and both times were unexpected flat tires that I had very little money for. Both times my car (almost 20 yrs old) and I (almost 70 haha) were delivered by tow truck. I have to say service like this is rarely seen these days. I mean, talk about JUMPING to it !! The first time, they were crowded, had lots of other cars and trucks around being worked on or waiting but they still got me in and out in about 45 mins. Seriously, I was amazed. I don't remember how much I paid. It had been a very traumatic day. I'd been waiting for the tow truck for HOURS missing the event I was scheduled for and everything so I was not a happy camper! Until I got to Rapid Tire, that is. They made my day. I do remember that it was way less than I expected. Anyway, the second time, I was on a run to rescue the kids who, as it turned out didn't need rescuing after all but in my anxiety and rush, I clipped a curb. BOOM, instant flat tire. That's ok. I've got roadside assistance and I knew just where to go. Of course waiting in the cold for over an hour for the tow truck was no fun but once he got there, it was smooth sailing. We got right over to Rapid Tire, they spoke to the driver, spoke to me, pulled the car off the truck and went to work...no, I mean immediately, right off the truck! It was only about 7:30pm and there were a couple of other cars there but they had a guy free who could jump right on it. They had me in and out in about half an hour! Unbelievable. I'm a widow on Social Security so I don't have money for new tires. I'm not going to put new tires on a nearly 20 yr old car so I got a used one. I'll tell you it almost broke the bank! Can you believe they had the audacity to charge me all of $45 whole dollars?? I was floored thinking it was going to be considerably more. I gave them a $5 tip. It seemed like the proper thing to do. It doesn't seem like they speak alot of English but they managed to understand what you need and get it done fast and cheap...um, excuse me, inexpensive. And they're nice people, too. Considerate. The guy, idk, maybe the night manager? noticed that I was half frozen still from being out in it so long (old folks, ya know?) and he turned on the heater in the waiting room, motioned for me to come sit next to it and turned it up high so could get warm. I thought that was very thoughtful and caring of him. I won't go anywhere else. Why would YOU ???"
"I went here for a patch at least 3 times. Today, being the third. One of the guys did a patch as I assumed but once done and paid for I noticed my tire signal still on my dashboard. I check my tire and sure enough the same nail is still there. So I go back to the shop to confront the issue. I was told that it may be an additional nail in the tire which will be another patch cost. (Which I knew they would say that for more money) so I asked well can you check to see if the tire was even patched. Then I was told it would be 10$ as a tire check fee. So they wanted to charge me for them to check their employees work. This was the last time I went here. I'm only one person but hey won't be getting over on me again."
