"I was there earlier today to get what I thought was a simple order and it’s something I always get and usually don’t have any issues. The person taking my order at the drive thru speaker was laughing and misinterpreting what I was asking for. Clearly there was something funny going on in the back and I didn’t mind it at first, but once it started to interfere with my order…that was upsetting. I’m all for employees having “fun” at work but only as long as it’s not disrespectful and it doesn’t get in the way of their work. It did. The lady got three things wrong, THREE…on a simple coffee order. Basically almost everything there was to it, she got it wrong, regardless of me explaining it clearly and even repeating it for her after she asked - she still got it all wrong. Very disappointing because I always come to this location and my experience is usually a pleasant one. I told them the order was wrong and their first attempt at fixing it was still wrong. I eventually just gave up…didn’t want to be mean to anyone and wasn’t even going to write this review but I just feel like what happened today wasn’t right, and who knows how many other orders got messed up. I decided to write a respectful review instead. Probably won’t be going back to this location."
