"I noticed that this Starbucks if they mess up your drink order and ask them to change it out they make the new one to taste watered down or no flavor. First time it ever happen to me today but have had friends and family members notice as well."

"Drive thru is always long so went inside I’m the only person… no one greets you… or says be with you shortly… you just stand there like an idiot until they’re ready. All I ordered was a pink drink and 2 croissants how did the drink get made first and I waited tooooooo long for 2 croissants. I know they were busy with drive thru but no reason to neglect the inside of the coffee shop. I only go to Starbucks for my kiddo so yea I’ll drive to a further one next time this one always has issues…"

"This Starbucks has been the worst one that I have came across with. They have messed up my drink and still didn’t care about it whatsoever. They don’t care about customers at this location. I had to call the customer service for their mistake and get their mistake fixed. Luckily the customer service was so apologetic and nice, but I wish that staff members would be more like that. I am not going back to that place again, until they hire new people that deserve that job."

"UPDATE: Same garbage this time as last review! My order was a nitro. Shouldn't have been too difficult. I got there 10 minutes after placing the mobile order. Nothing. Used the restroom and waited... 5 minutes later I mentioned my nitro shouldn't take 15 minutes. I got an excuse of my order being lost, but then it was suddenly made. Really?? FIRST REVIEW: After being ignored at the mobile order pick up window for a solid 6 minutes while looking at my drink sitting behind the plexiglass, a girl finally asked me my name, repeated my name, then walked away and grabbed a mobile order that had just come in and started preparing it. She didn't bother to look at the mobile order in front of her that I was polite enough to not reach under the plexiglass and grab myself. After she started prepping someone else's drink I asked if I could just take mine. She walked over like it was not her job and I was asking a favor and handed it to me without a word. As if that whole interaction wasn't weird (and rude) enough, my order specifically said light ice; 3/4 of the cup filled with ice is not remotely close to that request. Since you charged $6 for my drink, the least you could do is get it right. Poor service, poor quality of the drink I ordered. Unacceptable Starbucks. I will not be visiting this location again. So sad that this is how you opened this new location. Off to a terrible start."

"I went here for coffee. I really wanted food but there wasn’t anything available within walking distance. There was only one person in front of me. The guy who took my order was pretty nice. He didn’t offer a receipt. But when I bought another item, the lady cashier offered a receipt. I like the country, alternative music that they play. It was clean. I hope they get more business indoors. Most of their business was through drive thru"
