"The service is beyond terrible and I don’t even know why I’m writing this review as if it’s going to change I’ve been in there maybe three times throughout the years and it’s always the same. Your order is always late they never acknowledge you when you walk in you’re just standing in this box standing there and waiting forever today I ordered just two donuts. It took them 10 minutes to tell me that they didn’t have one of the donuts that I ordered and then Instead of just saying that, so I could’ve made my decision. I’m waiting around, waiting around and nobody acknowledges me. The time before last when I stopped in there, a guy had to get a refund because he was waiting forever. Same thing happened. Didn’t have something on his order instead of telling him let him wait there for forever instead of acknowledging us. I’m done with this location let’s hope they get better."

"Absolute joke of a location. Literally can't see 1 donut and have to order from a kiosk. They've truly taken America's morning breakfast spot and made it unfriendly and easy rather then continue making the brand stand for something. At this point 7/11 is offering significantly better breakfast options."

"This location always seems to have the freshest ingredients, and the customer service is always top notch if there is ever an issue with the order. While you can order inside at the kiosk, this is more of an express location and not a dine in establishment. My go to is always the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel substituting the bacon with the snacking sweet bacon."

"I was excited to try the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink. But i was told by the worker that it wasn’t a drink. It’s just an iced coffee drink with the munchkins doughnuts on the side. Which was so confusing because they have the new drink on their menu and it literally says what the drink is. The store needs a little bit more training. Because if they’re going to advertise something, it should be done right. The menu says one thing and the worker says something totally different. I never got the try the drink i was exited about ."

"Everything is very clean and fresh looking. The minimalist look is very cool. And the food was good too. Drinks were were wonderful. Thank you to the staff. Love the Dungeness radio, much better than other business "radio"!"
