"This place is busy with a large indoor space, outdoor tables and a drive through window. I went into the shop and strolled right past the large group of people waiting for their drinks. There was no one in line to order, so the young woman took my order for a black coffee. Nothing mixed, shaken or blended. Just pour me my coffee and I will be out the door. But no, that's not how it worked. Instead of pouring my coffee, I was put in the queue with that large group. Over the next 10 minutes, while the young woman who took my order stood mostly idle, I had to wait for all those specialty "hand crafted" drinks before my simple "black coffee in a cup" was available. I would think that they could do a bit of triage when the order is so simple."
