"Sadly this is my neighborhood (Las Vegas Country Club) Starbucks. I always go there every day, and many times they have made mistakes and i move on. When i do say something they just say we will make another one. No one ever owns up to their mistake. I’m told “the person is new” (when they have been there 3 weeks and have served me daily) I am told have empathy, really, yall wanted raises and can’t get an easy Nitro Cold Brew right? It’s out of the dang keg. UG! I hate that they just do not say, “ you know what, we made a mistake hang on” Instead they say, will make you another. Never admitting they messed up and to leave me feeling guilty for mentioning the mistake. It must be in the Starbucks hand book, never admit wrong doing, just make another. I’ll go to Howard Hughes starbucks, where my office is, it’s the current morning crew, as of 1-5-24. The day or eve crew has me down, they know what i order and tell me what i want when i pull up."

"Being someone who’s always on the move, Starbucks has been a lifesaver. It’s like my home away from home. Their drinks? Solid. But those baked goods? Delicious is an understatement. And it’s awesome how they help out in the community, like hiring refugees and backing farmers. It’s more than just a coffee place, you know?"

"I drink Starbucks all the time and this is not how it is supposed to be. Ordered a peppermint mocha latte and the cup is lighter than expected. I was curious and opened the lid: cup is only filled in half, no whipped cream, no chocolate curls included. Drink was only lukewarm, wasn’t hot at all. For sure someone needs to be trained more or they cut corner on purpose. This is not the best side of town but I would expect Starbucks keeps the same quality standard in all of their locations though. Or may be it was just a bad day for me but I won’t coming back."

"I used to hang out here and drink coffee daily, however once the patio furniture vanished, so did I! I'd also like to see an employee cleaning up the drive thru/lot area, as I see a lot of Your trash all around the store, waistful indeed, and not good for the neigborhood, come on guys, you get paid well. I keep trying to post photos of your dirty dirty lot, but seems Google don't like bad gross photos, like what we all see going past your store."
