On 11/29, I entrusted my Ram 2017 to your team for a routine oil change and rear diff fluid replacement. To my disbelief, the aftermath has been nothing short of a nightmare. The rear end blew out the very next day due to a cap not being properly replaced, leaving my truck inoperable and me stuck in a predicament. Now, my vehicle, which was supposed to be a reliable mode of transportation, is going to be out of commission for an unforeseeable amount of time. I've had to take it to a repair shop, incurring significant costs that run into the $1000s. The lack of care and attention to detail displayed by your team is simply inexcusable.
