"I have been in Vegas a week . We r staying at four queens casino. Went to these Dunkin donuts 3 times sene I've been here . The manager on the morning shift was rude as hellll. Not only to the customers but the employees as well. How do u guys allow someone like that to work for your. Couldn't get her name because she wasn't wearing her name tag. But when I do go back won't be the morning shift."
"I ordered an iced cappuccino. I received a blended drink like a milkshake. I asked staff for an iced cappuccino. The lady working stated that is how they make their iced cappuccino. I stated it is wrong. I tried to explain to her how to make it. She didn't listen to me and was rude. She eventually gave me an iced latte but made that wrong as well. For $8, I expect the correct drink."
