Starbucks

"The woman who “works” the front register DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT be working there. She should not have any sort of job in hospitality or anything customer service related. I was prepared to pay double the normal price for the strip Starbucks but her nasty attitude was just so cringe I didn’t even want to buy anything here. She was just standing there chatting with her co worker, STARING DOWN anyone and everyone making sure that NO ONE including myself, was interested in ordering anything here she is so mean and awful and I’ve had a bad experience with her twice before I am never coming to this location until she either does not work here or learn how to smile she never greets anyone or says hello or anything she’s always just upset talking negatively and it’s written all over her face that she hates her life and her job and it’s sad because this beautiful hotel of planet Hollywood is one of my favorite places to come gamble and do activities but I’m definitely not coming to THIS Starbucks which is sad because it’s in such a nice location."

"11/21 7:30 am Got two sandwiches one was rock solid from the top bun. Walk down from floor 23 to kindly ask for another one and the barrista was lecturing me about food and giving me nasty attitude. I explained sandwich was still warm, and he bluntly told me that’s what happens when you don’t eat it right away. I work in kitchens for 10 years to know that is a lie. I asked for supervisor, and got told they had non at the moment. Someone needs to retrain him/them worse Starbucks services I ever encountered."

"This is a great convenient location, especially when staying at Planet Hollywood. The baristas were patient, helpful, and friendly. I had a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich which was just right. A simple latte with coconut milk tasted like heaven. This is a nice little oasis right off the casino floor. Be prepared, like many tourist cities, the prices will be higher than you might be used to."
