Starbucks

"After standing in line for 20 minutes, I was helped by a very unprofessional young man who was more concerned with chatting with his Co workers, he wasn't listening, I had to repeat my order 3 time. I ordered a blond Americano, which he charged me an additional 1.40 for. I live in Seattle, I am never charged this add on charge. Find another coffee venue, don't go to this one at gate C14 in Las Vegas. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Under staffed, just 3 people working also."

"Doesn't matter if it's a franchise location. Some stuff should be the same. The coffee was way too hot, to the point where it was scalding and it literally tasted burnt. Have you had burnt coffee? It's not good. Then little things like they only had half and half - no milk, soy milk, or almond milk options to use. No raw sugar packets. It's minor stuff - but you pay a premium for Starbucks and expect the same level of service and basic options as other locations . Otherwise, why have a brand. Also, it might have just been an early morning issue, but seriously the barista rolled her eyes and sighed because I asked for Dark Roast (which they didn't have). I was polite and friendly the whole time and I felt like every question I asked was a huge bother and annoyance."

"If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I ordered in the app, thinking it would save me time. I got one part of my order (a grande coffee) quickly but never got the second part of my order (a breakfast sandwich) because I couldn’t wait any longer since my plane was boarding. It was 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. At least corporate refunded my money. Two baristas in particular were extremely rude and unhelpful (one has red braids and the other may have been a manager). Stay away from this Starbucks. They’re not even close to the standard of other Starbucks."

"Based on just today's service. For being the morning hours of the hustle and bustle ambiance, I was completely surprised how quick and efficient this airport Starbucks was!! I ordered a coffee and a bakery item and it was ready in less than 5 minutes! Seriously, I must have walked up in an opportune moment. I'm sure it's not always like this, but today was fantastic with no complaints."
