"I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership. After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered. They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true. I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018."
