"Service rude, food cold, coffee water milk really I just paid $50 dollars for this service I am in Las Vegas paying more for a coffee then back home and the employees are all rude and mad working what an experienced!!! I don’t know you but I like good coffee and good service early in the morning not this!!!"

"Usually Starbucks can do no wrong but this location isn’t the best. I give it 3 stars for convenience but the service was soooo slow that I should have just walked to a different location. They made one of the drinks wrong and we had already left so didn’t bother going back to complain. Customer service is slow and you are forced to leave a minimum 15% tip. The credit card machine has no other option! There is no seating at all at this location- it’s more take-away. We stood and had our breakfast sandwiches all of the days of our stay. The prices are atypically high but that may have also been the case with other coffee shops in the area considering it’s Vegas."

"All the employees are rude! I brought my own thermos and they refused to take it. I can understand that, but it's ridiculous that they gave me my coffee in a ridiculous disposable cup. In this case, coffee should be prepared in reusable containers. Also all the prices are way above normal."

"This location was easy to get to since it's right off the strip sidewalk. It was nearly empty on a Friday night when I stopped by. The staff was helpful in placing my order and my order was ready a few short minutes later. This location like many others on the strip may not accept stars or birthday drinks for redemption, but you can scan your Starbucks card here to earn stars."
